My mum had a fantastic experience. She experienced friendly and helpful service over the phone and then in person by the gentleman who came to her home to replace her battery.
After speaking with Battery World Campbelltown organising a day to come in and renewing a life of a new Battery my old one decided to die as I tried to leave home on the day. The guys arranged to come and install the new Battery at no time at all. Fantastic service very knowledgeable and just a friendly bunch. I went Battery World Campbelltown for battery testing few days ago because my old car always stalled after cold morning's start, The guy there i believe is Michael was very kind, helpful and patient with good customer service trying to help me sort out the problem even finally check out my battery was fine, highly recommended

The person who took my call was very helpful and knowledgeable.
This is the place to go for old fashion service. Called the store regarding my battery they said bring the car in and we will test battery. The store Manager did the test which showed I needed to replace it.
They replaced the battery with no fuss..

Went in to have my battery replaced, and after testing my current battery, the gentleman who served me advised that my current battery was still serviceable.
This is what I call "good old fashioned service"!
He could have simply changed the battery and made a sale.
He also provided a clear explanation of the options available to me.
